- Domestic Shipping: We offer reliable domestic shipping via FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (2-4 working days): Standard shipping for domestic orders is available at a flat rate of £6.99.
- Pallet Delivery (7-10 working days): Larger items requiring pallet delivery will be dispatched via a specialised pallet delivery firm and will take approximately 7-10 working days to arrive. Fees for pallet delivery are calculated at checkout.
4. Returns, Amendments, and Cancellations
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Order Amendments: If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
